Accessibility
As you can see in the image above; there is a step to get into the clinic. We do have handles on either side to assist entry.
Please inform Hannah if you require a downstairs room.
Unfortunately the toilet is upstairs.
Cancellations
There is no charge for last minute cancellations. Preferably 24hours minimum.
However not turning up for appointments does incur a £10 charge.
