What do I mean by warming foods?
Food has energetic properties. There are five types: hot, cold, warm, cool and neutral. This does not refer to the state of the food but how it affects the body internally.
A warmer body strengthens your immune system and reduces the chance of you getting ill.
Warming foods are particularly more beneficial to people with cold symptoms such as: cold hands and feet, stomach problems, cold virus, sore joints, lack of energy and cold body.
Remember: moderation is key to a healthy lifestyle.
